Outback Steakhouse

Went to springhill outback. This location seems to be a hit or miss. Tonight ordered 3 steak and lobster specials. All the steaks were overcooked, after waiting 30,min steaks still overcooked. Lobster tails were cold. When I told my server she looked at me and put her hand up anf walked away. Won't be ba k what a joke!!!
